Developing a product, marketing, packaging and distributing along with educating and building relationships with consumers: it’s a whole new business. So what does it take to do it successfully? Watershed Landcare in conjunction with the Central West Catchment Management Authority are hosting an evening to explore this growing sector with four primary producers who have adapted and evolved their farm businesses away from the commodity market, culling the middleman, to sell direct to the consumer.
